This star mezzo-soprano is particularly eloquent in the French repertory, reason enough to attend this concert, which the Metropolitan Museum of Art has programmed in conjunction with its exhibition of the Second Empire sculptor Jean-Baptiste Carpeaux. Ms. Graham sings songs by Chausson, Bachelet and Saint-Sans, as well as arias by Berlioz and Thomas, and the rising artists Evan Hughes and Layla Claire add Bizet, Faur and Gounod to the mix.
