We had a little chat with The Creeps about an international tour and the show..

Edinburgh is kicking off my international tour. I’m heading to the Camden Fringe next, then Amsterdam, then United Solo in NYC! Best tour ever!

Tell us about yourself….

I am originally from New Zealand and moved to Los Angeles in 2012. I love clowning and especially Bouffon (grotesque). I am a passionate and driven performer and story teller, and I love great art!! I’m touring my show all around Europe and then taking it to New York where I perform on Broadway as part of the United Solo Festival.

Do you come here often?

Never! This is my first time at the Edinburgh Fringe (also Scotland), and I am SO excited to be kicking off my tour here at The Space!

Early to rise or late to bed?

Usually an early riser. I love waking up early, having coffee and getting the day started, however I have an inkling I won’t be sleeping much this trip- so many things to see and do!

What’s your passion?

Telling good, integral, visceral stories.

What’s better. Physical theatre or stand up comedy?

I’m biased because I’ve never tried stand up, but physical theater is my pick (I’m also performing a physical theater show). However, I would never say no to seeing Amy Schumer or Ricky Gervais live.

Are you monogamous to EdFringe, or do you date other festivals?

I’m keeping my options open. Edinburgh is kicking off my international tour. I’m heading to the Camden Fringe next, then Amsterdam, then United Solo in NYC! Best tour ever!
